Real Estate transactions can be complicated. It's nice to know you have someone on your side, guiding you, and explaining each and every step along the way. I look forward to helping you navigate the exciting process of buying your home. I specialize in helping First Time Home Buyers as I enjoy giving thorough explanations of the process and the paperwork (call me Type A!), but would love to help if this is your first home, or your fifth home.

I can guide you through the purchase of an investment property and help get that property filled with tenants, by taking on the process of listing the unit, screening applicants, and walking both sides through the leasing paperwork to take the stress off your shoulders.
Looking for a new place to call home? I am here to help guide new and veteran tenants through the leasing process. The paperwork can be daunting, so I'm here to make sure it's all legal, and explain the process to you, while also being there to sort through the moving logistics to ensure you get settled into your new space.
Selling
Selling your home can be a stressful endeavour. I strive to always have the most current market information so I can appropriately inform you of all current market trends and will gather recent sold comparables to help determine a listing price and strategy. Whether it's a family home or an investment, I will work with you to ensure that you are informed and up to date. It’s important to me that you know you're an important part of this process while also knowing I'm there with your best interest at heart. I believe staging a home for sale is such an important part of the process, which is why through my team at Simplicity Real Estate, I'm able to offer this as a free service to each and every one of my listings.
